The cousin of Admir Lala , the 29-year-old who disappeared along with the driver after the collapse of the chrome mine in Klos, has asked the state for help.
When 48 hours have passed since the incident, nothing is still known about the young man's fate, while his cousin said "at least we'll find the body."
He stated that special equipment is required to find the 29-year-old's body, adding that "the terrain is rugged, the machinery cannot enter."
"Admir, I have a son, my father. We call on the state to intervene and bring us the appropriate equipment, at least to find the body. It is a disaster for our family, the state should help us, at least to find the body. I ask the state, the relevant institutions to bring us the equipment.
We know that there is a Turkish company that has equipment, we have heard that there was a similar case in Vau e Dejës and they found the body. So far there are volunteers, there are also some soldiers, the police are here, but they are people like our job and I don't believe they can help, we definitely need equipment.
The state must intervene, the terrain is rugged, machinery cannot get in. The dam has gone up to 8 km, so it is almost impossible.
"So far, several broken pieces of the fadroma have been found, the situation is more serious than we think ," he said.
