'Partizani' affair/Berisha today in SPAK for the measure

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, will appear this Monday at SPAK, at 09:00, in implementation of the measure "obligation to appear" twice a month for the Partizani affair. Today, a preliminary hearing is also expected to take place at the Special Court on whether or not to pass this file.  

The previous hearing, on April 24, was postponed after Berisha's lawyers, Jamarbër Malltez and Andia Pustina, requested the disqualification of judge Fjorela Davidhi, accusing her of bias. But the request was rejected a few days later, on April 28, by the GJKKO, confirming the continuation of the process by the same judge. 

The DP has sent a message to its structures to protest in front of the SPAK headquarters at this time.

"Dear friends. On Monday at 8:30 am, the Chairman of the Democratic Party, Prof. Dr. Sali Berisha, will be at the doors of SKAP.

Please mobilize the branch structures so that everyone is there.
