An executive director at the financial institution "JP Morgan" , of Albanian origin, has been accused of using her power to sexually harass and abuse a young male employee, a report noted.
Hajdini is accused of drugging her employee through subjugation, racial abuse and the threat of career destruction when he rejected her advances.
Lorna Hajdini , a JPMorgan executive, faces a lawsuit for alleged sexual assault.

She is also accused of forcing the married banker into "non-consensual and degrading sexual acts" for months, despite him begging her to stop, the Daily Mail reported, citing the lawsuit.
What Lorna Hajdini is accused of:
The banker further alleged that Hajdini admitted to drugging him using Rohypnol on multiple occasions. During one encounter, she allegedly mocked him because he cried while she performed a sexual act on him against his will, the report further describes.
The accuser alleged that the abuse began almost immediately after Hajdini and he began working together in the spring of 2024. According to the young man, in early May 2024, Hajdini dropped her pen next to his desk and, as he bent down to pick it up, rubbed her leg and grabbed her crotch.
“Oh, did you play basketball in college? … I love basketball players… they make me so wet,” she reportedly said, according to the complainant’s claim.
Once, when she invited him for a drink and he refused, Hajdini allegedly told him, " If you don't do it with me, I will destroy you... never forget, I have you in my hands ," the lawsuit added.
The young man also claimed that Hajdini had twice proposed to him for oral sex.
"BJ for birthday with the black boy? He also accused Hajdin of threatening him with professional punishment."
"You'll have to earn it, my little Arab toy," she reportedly told him when he asked for a promotion.
During the summer of 2024, Hajdini allegedly appeared in a setting where her employee would be. She reportedly told him, “ Are you going to be promoted at the end of the year or not? Do you want a future at JP Morgan? It’s that simple. I don’t know why you’re objecting to this ,” according to the lawsuit.
"Fearful that Ms. Hajdini would act on her threats to retaliate against him, the young man complied with her demands," the lawsuit states.
Hajdini threatened him again that if he did not have sexual intercourse he would punish him and also reprimanded him for his professional performance.
“I’m going to make you pay… Do you think you’ll be okay without me? If you don’t drive me crazy tonight, I’m going to sabotage you,” the lawsuit states. The young man also accused JP Morgan of enabling her behavior. A company spokesman denied the allegations, saying, “After an investigation, we do not believe there is any truth to these allegations,” the JP Morgan spokesman said. While many employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has refused to provide evidence that would be essential to support his claims.”
However, the Mail's report has sparked a lot of interest in who Lorna Hajdini is.
Hajdini, 37, graduated from New York University's Stern School of Business and has been with JPMorgan since 2011, according to her LinkedIn.
