The government will meet today to sign a compensation package for part of the administration, Prime Minister Edi Rama announced.

"The administration's continued support is key. I am thinking of teachers, doctors and nurses, police and military personnel, firefighters and prison workers for whom a new decision will be made today at the government meeting," Rama said.

The meeting will be at 3:00 PM and the amount expected to be paid is 10,000 to 15,000 new lek for each beneficiary.
