The High Inspectorate of Justice submitted this Thursday a request to the Constitutional Court for the dismissal of the member of the High Prosecutorial Council (KLP), Olger Eminaj.
ILD has requested the Constitutional Court to dismiss the KLP member following suspicions of sexual acts committed by him.
According to the institution, the verifications conducted have revealed that the member of the KLP has taken actions that damage public trust in the justice system, which has led to the initiation of proceedings for his dismissal.
Meanwhile, it is learned that the Constitutional Court has re-registered the case and has appointed Judge Marjana Semini as rapporteur. The court is expected to review the ILD's request and decide on the fate of Olger Eminaj.
