New details emerge from the serious event in Durrës, where 40-year-old Aleks Marku held the two children hostage in the apartment and shot in the air.

Sources indicate that the 40-year-old was under the influence of drugs, as signs were found in the apartment that show that he had consumed narcotics.

According to the same sources, he has had constant conflicts with his wife, while the latter has a protection order.

After his wife fled to Italy, he took the children from Lezha and they settled in Durrës for vacation, in a rented apartment.
