In the Special Court, the preliminary hearing for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, his son-in-law Jamarbër Maltezi and the other three defendants of the "Partizani" file will take place this Thursday.

The session is expected to start at 12:00, where judge Flojera Davidhi will make the decision on the fate of the case and the trial of the defendants.

Berisha's lawyers have arrived at the court premises, while the return of lawyer Sokol Mêngjesi, who was seriously injured in a previous attack, received attention.
