The administrator of a Call Center in Tirana has been arrested by the police, while 5 employees of this entity, operators, have been put under investigation at large.

Lorenc Lleshi , a 28-year-old resident of Tirana, was put in handcuffs because it is suspected that the entity in question, which he managed, deceived foreigners into investing money in fictitious exchanges, Forex. Meanwhile, the police have announced the search for the owner of this business.

The materials were passed to the Prosecution, for further procedural actions, for the criminal offenses "Fraud", "Exercise of financial activities without a license" and "Concealment of income".

The police operation coded "Trade", by the Section for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes at the DVP Tirana, is successfully completed.

They defrauded foreign citizens to invest in fictitious stock exchanges, the administrator of a call center entity was arrested, 5 employees (operators) were prosecuted.

The owner of the subject is wanted.

4 mobile devices, sums of money suspected to have benefited from this criminal activity, as well as the list with the data of foreign citizens who were allegedly deceived to invest in fictitious stock markets, were seized.

The specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes at the DVP Tirana, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Tirana, after a genuine investigative work, successfully organized and finalized the coded police operation "Trade".

As a result of this operation, the citizen was arrested in flagrante delicto:

- L. Ll., 28 years old, resident in Tirana, administrator of a call center entity.

Also, citizens VL, 25 years old, EH, 22 years old, IP, 22 years old, SH, 26 years old, and A. Ç., 22 years old, the fifth living in Tirana, employed as operators in this subject. Following the actions, the owner of this subject, citizen GC, 31 years old, resident in Tirana, was declared wanted.

Nga veprimet hetimore ka rezultuar se shtetasi L. Ll. administronte një subjekt privat call center, me pronar shtetasin G. C., në rrugën “Myslym Shyri”. Në këtë subjekt të paregjistruar në organet kompetente ishin të punësuara si operatore shtetaset V. L., E. H., I. P., S. H. dhe A. Ç., të cilat, së bashku me administratorin, telefononin shtetas të huaj, u prezantoheshin si agjentë shitjesh dhe përmes mashtrimit, i bindnin ata që të investonin në bursën fiktive Forex.

Si rezultat i operacionit, u sekuestruan në cilësinë e provës materiale, 4 aparate celulare, shuma parash të dyshuara të përfituara nga kjo veprimtari kriminale, si dhe lista me të dhënat e shtetasve të huaj që dyshohet se janë mashtruar për të investuar në bursa fiktive.
