The family doctor, Vladimir Shuli, was beaten by as yet unidentified persons in his apartment. After the blow, the doctor was able to call the relatives.

The door of the apartment was forcibly opened by the officers and family members and they found the doctor unconscious. Shuli was taken to Gramshit hospital, but due to his serious condition, the doctor was transferred to Trauma hospital. The event happened on Tuesday, November 29.

On the evening of November 30, citizen V. Sh., 60 years old, on duty as a doctor, was sent by his family members to the hospital in Gramshit for medical help, after he was injured in the face. From preliminary investigative actions, it was established that this citizen suffered from health problems (hypertension).

Following the in-depth investigations into this case, the Police has identified the 2 suspected perpetrators and has referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, for them, as they are suspected of hitting the citizen V. Sh. In order to preserve the confidentiality of the investigations that are being carried out in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance Elbasan, no other information is disclosed.
