Former minister Ylli Manjani has accused SPAK of arresting businessman Arben Dervishi, calling it not justice but terror. 

Manjani adds that the reformed justice, which is moving forward, takes him and cracks him inside with the accusation that he has misused the public duty he does not have by referring you to the businessman Dervishi.

Arben Dervishi, one of the best construction engineers we have, is in custody on charges of abuse of public office.

In fact, Arben Dervishi does not hold any public office. It is not paid nor does it have a delegation contract from any public authority. It is contracted by a private company to do supervision on its behalf.

But the reformed justice system, which is moving forward, takes it and cracks it inside with the accusation that it has misused the public office that it DOESN'T HAVE!!! There is no public duty, o'clock! Do you understand or not?!

This is a narrative. Pure abuse of the law. Open violation of freedoms and constitutional rights.

Accusing someone of misuse of duty, when the accused has no duty, is absurd!

As this narrative has every day.

If law students solved cases as badly as reformed prosecutors and judges do, they would not be able to pass the criminal law exam.
