The evidence against him were the means of identification in the name of Spahi and the key of the BMW X6 car that was to be used for the assassination, found in a bag a few meters away from the vehicle.

But the main evidence to discover the target of the assassination that was prevented, was found on the phone of Arsen Preçi, suspected of being an associate of Arben Spahi.

Preçi was remanded in prison for a period of 60 days, pending the answers to the expertise required for the weapons and fingerprints found in the vehicle. The license plates of the BMW X6 vehicle, stolen in Shkodër two weeks ago, turned out to have been stolen in Elbasan in September, raising suspicions that the perpetrators had been preparing for this event for at least 4 months./Tv Klan
