Manjani ironizes the NEW CRIMINAL CODE: Even if he follows Arben Rakipi's
Arben Rakipi/ Ylli Manjani

Former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani , has reacted with irony to the statement of Arben Rakipi , director of the School of Magistrates and one of the drafters of the criminal code, who publicly stated: " I am a model to follow ."

Manjani, through a post, emphasizes that he is not concerned by the statement itself in terms of ethics or aesthetics, but by the fact that the criminal code drafted by Rakipi risks restricting the freedom of citizens. According to him, even if you follow the "Rakipi model", you can still end up in prison, due to the provisions foreseen in the draft.

"With that product, if Parliament approves it and Brussels gives its consent, many of its followers could lose their freedom for nothing," Manjani writes, adding that the problem is not with Rakipi's personality, but with the content of the project.

He also focuses on the School of Magistrates, describing it as an institution that does not produce professionals who are free in reasoning, but "legal janissaries," since according to him, sovereign interpretation of the law is not allowed there, but only ready-made, dictated solutions.

Manjan's post:

Arben Rakipi, director of the School of Magistrates and drafter of the draft criminal code, has publicly stated that:

". .. I am a role model.. ."

"I do not want to deal in the slightest with ethical or aesthetic justifications for His declaration. Ultimately, everyone has the right to free speech, both when speaking about themselves and about Beluli."

But the problem is that even if you follow Arben Rakipi and his model, you can still go to prison with the criminal code he wrote.

So more than His model, we are interested in the scandalous product He has written. With that product, if Parliament approves it and for the sake of Ulsi, Brussels gives its consent, many loyal followers of Benit may lose their freedom in vain. Let alone those who do not follow this model, they deserve even life imprisonment.

This is the problem. So let's follow the model and still end up in prison!!!

Also, since we are at the School of Magistrates, we must understand that that school does not produce judges and prosecutors as interpreters of the law, but simply legal janissaries.

In that school, free and sovereign reasoning is not allowed, but ready-made solutions are dictated to cases.

Dictation is not a school. Much less a higher education institution where professionals are expected to emerge.

That's where the Janissaries come from.

So by following the Rakipi model, you either become a legal janissary or go to prison.

Once again, nothing personal with anyone. But the public product deserves comment and criticism.

Bye.
