SPAK has ordered several inspections in Tirana and Vlora as part of the investigations it is conducting into suspicions over the alienation of properties in the Zvërnec area.
One of them is Pëllumb Petriti, the former lawyer who falsified properties on behalf of a businessman.
Checks are also being carried out on businessman Redi Struga.
SPAK is investigating a wide-ranging property alienation scheme in Zvërnec, an area that has received significant public attention following the approval of a project to build a luxury resort.
The project has been linked to American investor Jared Kushner, son-in-law of US President Donald Trump.
