The former mayor of Himara,  Jorgo Goro , has been released from prison after just over two years of solitary confinement following sentences handed down by the GJKKO.

He was convicted of abuse of office and concealment of assets, his sentence has now been fully completed, with 2 years and 21 days in prison.
