A 23-year-old identified as Klesti Qordja, is under investigation by the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, after he raped the director of Europol Tirana, Artan Bajraktari, for weak reasons. Klan writes that the event was recorded at the beginning of February.

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana explains that Bajraktari was driving in the area of ​​Lapraka, when the 23-year-old, irritated that he had been passed, asked him to stop.

After this moment, they got out of the vehicle and Klesti Qordja punched him, even though he was warned by Bajraktari that he was part of the State Police.

The young man was later detained by the police and admitted to the incident. He said that he wanted to ask him what was the reason that he had overtaken him. As for the violence, he claims it was in self-defense after the head of Europol put his hand on his neck. Prosecutor Mirela Zavalani has charged the young man with intentional minor injury.
