Three judges of the Court of Appeal were threatened during the announcement of the decision against a dangerous criminal group.

The three judges of the Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction, Valdete Hoxha, Lutfie Çelami and Edlira Petri, were threatened in the courtroom, during the announcement of the decision against the perpetrators of the assassination of Ines Hajrulla.

The judges immediately reported that they were threatened because of their duties and the Prosecutor's Office urgently started investigations into the case.

They sentenced 5 citizens, specifically Daut Elmazin, Gentian Zoto, Igli Memajn, Serxho Ademi and Albano Goxhajn, who were accused of an assassination attempt in 2019 in the city of Vlora, with which it was intended to kill a person from the world of crime Ines Hajrulla.

After giving the decision, the judges were withdrawn to the consultation room and the intervention of the police was needed to escort the threats who were in the courtroom.
