The 37-year-old from Elbasan, Erjon Alibej alias Andrea Dylgjeri, recently entered the SPAK's list of protected witnesses, offering as an exchange his testimony about the crimes he knows about.

Alibej was handcuffed by the police on September 19, 2020, while he was under "house arrest" for wounding and threatening John Rusta with a weapon, which happened at 201 in Elbasan.

From that date he was kept isolated in prison 313 in Tirana as a suspect in the murder of Regis Runaj and Emiljano Ramazan (Ilit of Elbasani).

But for more than two years, Erjon Alibej, who is known by the nickname "Krymi", did not accept the authorship of the murder of two people, claiming that the repentant prosecutor, Euglen Halili, who participated in the two murders, lied in his testimony given to the prosecutors .

With the capture of Nuredin Duman, at the end of March 2022 in Fier and the implementation of the "Golden Bullet" operation on May 1, 2022, new charges were added to Erjon Alibej. After the man with whom he had shared many conversations and murder plans, he repented by siding with SPAK prosecutors.

After two and a half years in prison and as SPAK accused him of murdering Regis Runaj and Emiljano Ramazan, in October of last year SPAK withdrew the file against Alibej, after the latter had agreed to speak to the prosecution.

The architect and sponsor of 7 murders in Elbasan, Durrës and Peqin agreed to speak in exchange for being granted the status of an accomplice, a reduced sentence for serious crimes and a speedy recovery of his freedom.

In addition to the 7 murders carried out, Alibej was the architect of the plan to carry out the murder of Altin Ndoc, Kel Kamami, Talo Çela, the Çopja brothers.

These 4 attempts failed, due to the impossibility of capturing the target at the right time and place. According to the repentant SPAK, Nuredin Dumani, he met with Erion Alibej in his house on the 6th floor of a building in Elbasan.

The meeting with him took place only after Dumani had held a meeting for about 1 hour in the premises of an olive grove with Arjan Spahina at night.

“…unë në takim i thashë Arjanit, se kush e kishte bërë porosinë dhe kush e kishte kryer ekzekutimin e trefishtë në Bradashesh, vrasjen e vëllezërve Baho në Peqin dhe vrasjen e Andi Zylyfit…” - shprehet Dumani.

Teksa Spahiu është bindur në sinqeritetit e Dumanit se nuk kishte marë pjesë në vrasje, ai i ka kërkuar ndihmë dhe bashkëpunim, për eliminimin e personave që kishin marrë pjesë në ngjarjen, ndaj Enea Alibejt ose siç thirrej ndryshe në Elbasan me nofkën “Tarzani”.

Sipas porosisë së Spahisë dhënë Nuredin Dumanit, personat si Talo Çela, Altin Ndoci, Besmir Haxhia, Dorjan Shkoza, Kel Kamami ose “Keli i Kiçit” dhe vëllezërit Çopja, duhet të eleminoheshin kundrejt pagesës nga grupi i Nuredin Dumanit.

Erjon Alibej së bashku me Arjan Spahinë zgjidhnin se kush do vdiste dhe caktonin fondin financiar për Nuredin Dumanin, dhe më pas ky i fundit vijonte me ekzekutimet në terren.

Alibej ka urdhëruar dhe financuar vrasjen e dy vëllezërve Besmir dhe Viktor Haxhia në Durrës, gjatë muajit Prill 2020.
Më tej sipas Dumanit, Alibej ka vijuar me përzgjedhjen dhe financimin e vrasjes së Dorjan Shkozës dhe Anxhelo Avdisë.

Etja për hakmarje e Alibej, ka vijuar me përzgjedhjen dhe financimin e vrasjes së Bujar Çelës, vëllait të Talo Çelës.
Përzgjedhjen dhe financimin e dy vrasjeve të tjera në Elbasan, Regis Runaj dhe Emiliano Ramazanit.

It is painful to think that the architect and sponsor of the murders will benefit from a reduced sentence, but the criminal law provides for such a thing, if his testimony is considered valid in court.

Based on the testimony of Erjon Alibej, Skerdi Tas and Nuredin Duman, SPAK is expected to organize a second wave of arrests in Tirana, Fier, Elbasan./ Ora
