On Saturday, SPAK issued two arrest warrants as a security measure " mandatory appearance " by entering the Berisha family for the issue of the " Partizani " complex.

Arrested are Jamarbër Malltezi , Berisha's son-in-law, and the builder Fatmir Bektashi, who built on the land of the " Partizani " complex.

Meanwhile, for Berisha, the security measure of " obligation to appear " was given, in the absence of a more severe measure due to his age.

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has been charged with the criminal offense of passive corruption of senior officials by the Special Prosecutor's Office , a charge that carries a sentence of 4 to 12 years in prison .

Jamarbër Malltezi , the husband of the former prime minister 's daughter , has been charged with the criminal offense of corruption and money laundering, a criminal offense that provides for punishments from 5 to 15 years .

The accusations are related to the privatization file of the " Partizani " complex on the land of which 17 towers were built by Malltezi and the businessman,  Fatmir Bekteshi .
