The S2 ALBANIA company, which deals with the scanning of containers in the Port of Durrës, reacted after the seizure of 31 packages with a total weight of 33.5 kilograms of cocaine in the container of "Bana King".

Through a statement to the media, the company says that the scanner images cannot be manipulated. According to her, after the container is scanned, the images are automatically uploaded to the server, and then there is no way to change them.

The company claims that the drug was not in the container at the time of the scan, but according to them, it may have been introduced afterwards.

The captured drug led to the imprisonment of two employees of the scanner at the Port of Durrës, Alban Naziraj and Artur Sevdaraj. Even the administrator of the company, Ziko, Petrit Demishaj, did not escape the arrest. Its president, Trifon Murataj, was declared wanted.

We are aware of a recent incident in which a cargo container was scanned and passed without any problems at the S2 Albania checkpoint in Durrës. Shortly after leaving the checkpoint of S2 Albania, the container was found with illegal narcotics. We have conducted a preliminary investigation of the circumstances, with the following conclusions:
