KLP sets the date, here's when the competition for the new head of SPAK

The High Prosecutorial Council announces that on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, it will open the competition for the new head of SPAK, after Altin Dumani's mandate ends.

Full announcement:

This meeting will be organized in the conference room in the presence of the Members of the High Prosecutorial Council, as well as representatives from the Prosecutor General, the Ministry of Justice, the Eu4Justice Project and the OPDAT Program. The media is invited to attend.

1. Approval of the Minutes of the plenary meeting of 04.09.2025;
2. Discussion/approval of the Draft Decision “On the announcement of the vacancy for the Head of the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime”;
3. Discussion/approval of the “Draft Ethical and Professional Evaluation Report for Prosecutor Françesk Ganaj”;
4. Discussion/approval of the “Draft Ethical and Professional Evaluation Report for Prosecutor Ermira Manelli”;
