The Supreme Court rejects Sali Berisha's request to disqualify the panel that will review the appeal against the mandatory appearance measure.

Berisha demanded the removal of judges Ilir Panda, Sandër Simoni and Sokol Binaj.

At the same time, former Prime Minister Berisha has requested permission from SPAK this Monday (the first Monday of April) not to appear in order to implement the security measure, as he will travel to Strasbourg.
