The one you see in the photo is Gazment Kusta, who since February 22 has been wanted for raping and threatening Elvis Elez in a bar in the Fushë-Kruja area.

He was arrested by the police this Thursday in Tirana. The 35-year-old was moving in the area called "Priest's Hill" when police officers handcuffed him.

Gazment Kusta is known as a person with a significant criminal record. The 35-year-old man was previously convicted outside Albania for the criminal offense "Trafficking in narcotics".

On February 17, 2021, Kusta along with three other masked people entered a bar with guns and baseball bats, raping Elvis Elez, who was having a coffee.

For the event in question at that time, the GB citizen was arrested as he is accused of collaborating with the perpetrators of the event.

After the search in GB's apartment, some clothes used by the perpetrators and 1 "Audi" type vehicle, which the perpetrators are suspected to have used to leave, were found and seized.

The genesis of the fight between Kusta and Elez started in Croatia. Both worked together in Croatia, in the activity of selling narcotics and were arrested together.

They have served time in the same prison in Croatia, but negotiations between them have broken down. After both have served their sentence, they returned to Albania, for which the fight continued again. The rape of Elez happened in the "Bakushe Visha" neighborhood in Krujë.

Also, in 2020, an explosive device exploded in Elvis Elez's apartment, but fortunately no one was injured./OraNews
