".

During the operation, on the road of Kunes, Shengjin, the police services stopped for checks, the "BMW" type vehicle, driven by citizen Xhon Sari. From the checks, this citizen was found with 1 pistol firearm, with a cartridge in the slot, ready to fire.

Further, 18 more bullets were found in a "Golf" type vehicle on "Fran Ivanaj" street, Shengjin, also owned by this citizen.

At the end of the procedural actions, citizen Xh. was arrested in flagrante delicto. S., 36 years old, resident of Pogradec, for the criminal offense "Possessing and manufacturing weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition without permission".

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Lezhë, for further actions.
