A 17-year-old Albanian has surrendered to the German police, admitting that he had killed a person with a bullet in the head in Kaltenkirchen in Germany.
German media reports that the minor, whose identity has not yet been revealed, was handed over to the police station together with his lawyer to confess to the crime.
The 17-year-old Albanian led the police officers at 2:41 in the morning on Saturday, November 25, near the area where he had committed the crime. There, the victim's body was found, executed with a bullet to the head, in a small wooded area near a thermal bath. A judge issued an arrest warrant for manslaughter.
The victim and the 17-year-old Albanian, according to Bild, may have had a dispute over drug deals. Until now, the Albanian, who does not have a permanent residence in Germany, is known to have had no previous criminal records.
Investigators are talking about "indications of a crime in the Wetersen area" and are looking for witnesses who made "suspicious observations" between Tuesday and Saturday.
