The head of the Kurbini Police Station has accepted the accusations of knowing and meeting Gëzim Çela, who is also known as a " drug baron " over the years.

The GJKO has imposed the " prison arrest " measure for the Kurbin Police chief, who was arrested in the framework of the " Flame in the Sea " operation.

On Monday, October 9, the State Police executed the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the head of the Laç Police Station, Dritan Metaj, while the other 3 citizens were declared wanted.

Himself, the Director General of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku, in a media conference and details about the " Flame in the Sea " operation.

According to him, the chief of the Laç police station, Dritan Metaj, was placed in handcuffs, while Gëzim Çela, Arben Dalipaj and Roland Guzo were declared wanted .

Rrumbullaku stated that these persons are suspected to be outside the territory of Albania and in cooperation with foreign law enforcement agencies, efforts are being made to capture them.
