NAME/ SPAK gives up Duman's girlfriend, hands over the file to Fieri!
Mirjete Hajdini/ Nuredin Dumani

The Special Prosecutor's Office,  SPAK , has decided to declare incompetence for the girlfriend of Nuredin Duman , the Kosovar Mirjete Hajdini .

The declaration of incompetence was made some time ago, where SPAK first transferred the file of Mirjeta Hajdini to the prosecutor's office of Elbasan and then the latter sent the file to the prosecutor's office of Fier .

This is because in March 2022,  Mirjete Hajdini was first arrested in the city of Fier and then the case was transferred to Elbasan.

Currently, this prosecutor has charged Mirjete Hajdinin with the charge of " Possessing weapons without permission " and " Supporting the perpetrator of the crime ".

Mirjete Hajdini accompanied Nuredin Duman in Kosovo and Albania. She claimed that she had established an intimate relationship with Dumani, whom she knew by the name of Arvit Spahiu.
