The criminal file of another repentant justice has passed for trial. It is about Amarildo Nikolli Xhanej, for whom SPAK has officially communicated the charge of "arms possession without permission within the criminal group".

The young man from Shkodra in collaboration with Leonard Luzi, Muharem Koroveshi (alias Muharem Ismaili alias Muharem Myftaraj) and Erio Zejno planned the murder of Ervis Matodashaj and Inez Hajrulla in the city of Vlora.

The investigations of the prosecution body, but also the testimony of Amarildo Nikolli revealed that the crime was committed for revenge and for taking control of gambling.

For this purpose, Leonard Luzi created a structured criminal group, where Amarildo Nikolli would be the executor, as well as the defendants Muharem Koroveshi and Erio Zejno in the role of assistant.

From the receipt and securing of the evidence, it was found that Koroveshi and Erio Zejno brought the weapons to Amarildo Nikolli's apartment in Vlorë, helped on the ground with finding the persons who were the target of the assassination, as well as helping the executioner to leave the the scene (after the murder has been committed).

The murder of citizens Ervis Matodashaj and Inez Hajrulla was not possible, since on 07.08.2023, at 12:47, in the "Uji Ftohtë" district, in the city of Vlora, during the physical control carried out on Amarildo Nikolli, they found and seized as material evidence: a Pietro Beretta pistol, with a silencer, with a loaded magazine of 14 cartridges, as well as a cartridge inserted into the firing slot. It turned out that on the day of his arrest, Amarildo Nikolli had gone out precisely to finalize the crime commissioned by Leonard Luz.

After the arrest, Amarildo Nikolli decided to cooperate with the justice, benefiting from the status of the penitent.

He is only 35 years old, but in front of the authorities he revealed criminal events that happened in Vlora, Tirana and Shkodër, as well as mentioned well-known names of the world of crime who got involved in this activity when he was probably only 10 years old. His statements are key in unraveling several sensational assassinations of 2020-2023. 

Amarildo is quite popular on various social networking platforms, mainly Tik Tok, through his partner, Giovanna Nikolli, who despite any involvement of her partner in criminal events, is not at all shy about advertising their luxurious life between holidays endless bottles of champagne, vacations in five-star resorts, gifts of the most expensive brand bags and giant bouquets of roses.

Amaralido Nikolli's name appeared in the media again after the fight he had in the 313th with Nuredin Dumani and the involvement of the Nikolli sisters in it. According to Giovanna Nikolli, Nuredin Dumani, due to his enmity with Amarildo, placed a tritol at the door of the house, which unfortunately took the life of a young man, 29-year-old Enea Thomaraj.
