The Book Fair had a special visitor this Saturday, the well-known writer Ismail Kadare.

Accompanied by his wife, Kadare also celebrates 7 decades of creativity this year.

Asked by journalists, Kadare said that he feels happy to always see readers by his side, especially Kosovar readers.

"This makes me the happiest when I see them here, they are my people, we speak the same language and it has always been a part of me."

Although the greatest fear for man is death for the writer this fear is overcome through works.

"When you do something that you know does not die, you are not afraid that what is called fear is death. When the writer writes, he frees himself from death and realizes that life is endless."

There were many readers who asked for an autograph from the writer for his books at one of the stands of the fair.
