RENEA special forces intervened in an apartment in a building in Astir, where 21-year-old Sajma Qordja was holed up this Thursday.

Journalist Merin Maçi has provided new details regarding this case. He stated that the girl was in a serious psychological state and after a few hours, a statement was taken from her.

She confessed that yesterday evening she was in the company of 5 people, 2 girls and 3 boys. The girls, according to the journalist, were escorted by the police, while the boys are being asked to be accompanied as well.

The 21-year-old said she was in danger because the people who were with her were armed.

"He confessed that since yesterday evening he has been in the apartment with 5 other people, two girls and three boys. He has not been able to identify them all, stating that he does not remember the people in question, he has only identified the two girls. At least from the information that I have, they were escorted by the police a few minutes ago, while for the three boys he has stated that he can identify them the moment he sees them.

"She claims that she was not raped, but she remembers that the people in question were armed and that she was in danger the entire time she was with them. These statements have been confirmed by verifications made with the footage and the people have now been identified and are being sought for escorting," said Maçi on the "Opinion" show.

The journalist said it remains to be seen whether the girl was under the influence of narcotics all night or if she was abused.
