Workers left their jobs and emigrated. The farmer, Muharrem Hoçja from Gramza e Kruja, was forced to replace him with a Pakistani.
Three Pakistani citizens have been working on this farm for two months. One works in agriculture and the others take care of cows. They talk little and work a lot.
"We are treated well here, the food is good and the room we live in has good conditions."
"I have been here for a few weeks. I will work for a year."
Their employer said that he has completed all the documents and the 3 workers have received employment permits. He says that foreigners are more hardworking than locals and he has selected them based on his needs.
"I am building a contemporary stable, I had local workers, your mind worked only abroad. All those coming from Pakistan are on visas and work contracts. I searched for them based on the specialties they have. For milking, for cleaning, for serving the cow." he said of ABC
Hocja says that it has also eased your working conditions.
"In Pakistan, I have information that cows are milked by hand, here I have provided you with machines. I have made you mint, sleeping places. I am very satisfied. I make you a program, they implement it meticulously. They are very correct."
The entrepreneur also has a fashion store. He thought of hiring foreign artisans in the shoe factory.
"I have a lot of orders, we have as much work as you want, there are no workers. I have two clients in Italy, they want the work, but the work cannot be done without workers. We talked to all the fashion houses in Kruja, they all cry and ask me how we receive foreigners. The Albanians leave, I add the Pakistanis because we cannot stay without work."
Muharrem Hocja has decided to hire 50 foreign nationals to meet the demands of Italian customers.
