A report from February 2024 by his former business partner  Aredin Behari has brought Democratic MP  Luan Baçi back to SPAK .

Baçi appeared together with his lawyer, Sokol Mëngjesi, and left the SPAK premises after about half an hour.

But what is Baci accused of?

He is accused of laundering and concealing an amount of 1.5 million euros.

During the years 2010-2012, Luan Baçi invested around 1.5 million euros in the private company 'Geral AM', the source of which is unknown and has not been declared to the HIDAKKI.
