Chronicle journalist Artan Hoxha has given details about the drug laboratory discovered in Fier as part of a SPAK operation with the American DEA and the Montenegrin police.

Hoxha said in "Abc" that there is another laboratory in the south of the country, which is functional. Meanwhile, the laboratory that was found in Fier had not yet been put to work, since the cocaine had not been extracted from the bags of chemical fertilizer.

"Throughout this year, I have been talking about another laboratory in the south of the country, and it is not this one. This was not put into operation, if it had been put into operation, cocaine would have been extracted", said Hoxha.

The journalist also added that the area where the laboratory was found is quite important, as Frakulla e Madhe is one of the largest municipalities in the country and as a result the former mayor is an important character for the area.

"I wish that SPAK has found other threads, who has helped them either knowingly or unknowingly, with the idea that they are helping an important character", said the journalist.
