In the 9-year school in Memaliaj, after the case of violence inside the institution, the authorities have increased the measures.
"After the event that happened in the premises of this school, even family members are not allowed to enter to pick up their students. The measures have been increased both by the staff of this school, with guards, but also by the police."
The 9-year-old girl has changed classes, learning with another teacher. She tells Klan News that for 3 years, the teacher Mirela Hila used to abuse and bully her in the classroom.
"As soon as I started school, she beat me, insulted me until one day my grandmother came and told her not to beat me anymore. She found another way then, she insulted me and told me that you have become like a cabbage. He told me to wait for the date to approach you".
Other students of the class affirm something similar.
"The teacher insulted him and put him up on the board, told him that you are dirty, you are dirty, you don't wash. It's always dirty, you smell . "
The grandmother who takes care of the girl says that she has complained about the teacher several times, but no action was taken.
"I have been complaining to the teacher and principal for 3 years in a row. They beat my daughter, insult me. The teacher tells him that he smells like carrion, I feel like vomiting when I get close, I feel like tearing your teeth."
Meanwhile, the aunt of the 9-year-old who was involved in the fight with the teacher tells about what happened inside the school.
"He came right in front of my face, aggressive, he said some of the worst words to me. I, in those moments when I was so stressed and I see a man holding me like a couch, where I am asking for the rights of a child who was fainting in my hands from fear. At that moment, I spit on the teacher, and tell her to be ashamed of you, these people around here and whoever put you as a teacher, because you are not the only teacher. Criminals, you must keep your name, but not teachers. At that time, they hit me. When they hit me, I pushed the teacher to the chest, they held me whole, I let go of my hand and pushed the teacher away".
But according to the director of the Education Office, there was no information about a case of violence inside the school.
"There was not, this announcement came as a surprise to me, because we have not had any official announcement, nor in other informal ways, for the exercise of violence in any form. Neither from her family members, nor from teachers or from the school community".
The Minister of Education Evis Kushi also reacted to the case, who expressed her indignation at the teacher's rape.
