Ervis Rapo

New details have been revealed from the serious incident in the village of Rehovë i Vithkuqi in Korçë, where the headman of the village, Ervis Rrapo, was arrested after allegedly having sexual relations with a 23-year-old woman who has mental health problems.

The residents of the village, outside the cameras, said that the Rrapo family is a model family and they do not believe that Ervis Rrapo abused the 23-year-old. According to family members, Ervis Rapo has only one year in the post of chief.

Sources indicate that the girl's family has requested a large sum of money from the Rrapo family as a condition to withdraw the report from the police.

Doubts have also arisen on the evidence given to the Police. It is learned that the testimony of the girl's father to the police contradicts the mother's statement to the media. The girl's father told the police that he saw the 29-year-old coming out of the apartment, while the mother said today in front of the cameras that her father found Ervis Rapo together with her daughter without clothes in the hallway of the house.

The 23-year-old's mother also denies that the girl has mental problems. But the police and the villagers confirm the fact that the girl has such problems.

It is not yet known whether we are dealing with an abuse or a staged act.
