The hearing in the KPC for the suspended chief judge of Elbasan, Enkelejda Kapedani, is postponed again. The captain was not present at the hearing today, justifying the absence with her health condition and for this she submitted a medical report, which stated that she was ill.

KPC announced the next meeting on May 16 at 10:00, asking the subject to take measures to be present, or otherwise send a lawyer, as there will be no further adjournment of the hearing.

The Captain is suspended from office by the High Judicial Council, due to a disciplinary proceeding opened by the High Inspector of Justice, after the publication in Tik Tok of some videos filmed in the office and while driving.
