On March 19, 2022, 30-year-old Donald Luka (who was set off an explosive device near the store last night) in collaboration with his brother, Ernest Luka, brutally raped the well-known chef Indrit Çela at a place called "Ura e Gjolës" on the Fushë-Krujë - Rinas axis.

At the time, Çela was traveling in his personal car when two people ambushed him, hitting him with hard objects. According to footage released at the time of the incident, the chef was reportedly hit with iron bars by the brothers who had blocked his path.

Two days after the event, the media also reported that Ernest Luka, one of the two brothers who raped chef Indrit Çela , had admitted to the crime, stating that they had a long-standing conflict between them.

In his testimony before the investigative group, Luka stated that the moment they saw Indriti in the vehicle, they approached him, blocked him, and then raped him.

"I admit it. My brother and I beat Indriti. We beat him because we had an open conflict with him and his brother-in-law, with whom we physically clashed a few months ago due to an overtaking car. As soon as we saw that Indriti was driving, we approached him and blocked his path and then beat him. Fortunately for him, several other passengers who happened to be at the scene at that moment intervened," the 24-year-old, who was arrested a few hours after the incident following an anti-drug operation at his home, declared, among other things.

Indrit Çela is a well-known name to the public after participating in cooking shows on various television channels along with his friend, Alfio Rrotani.

Both were part of the show "MasterChef Albania", and together they were owners of a restaurant in the center of Tirana.
