He was on vacation in Saranda, family members find the 20-year-old from North

A tragic event took place in Saranda, where a 20-year-old man from Macedonia was found dead in the apartment where he was staying on vacation. According to the Police, his body was discovered on July 26 by family members in neighborhood no. 1 of the city.

The victim was identified as O.J., while the preliminary examination did not reveal any signs of violence. It is suspected that the young man died of natural causes, however, the authorities have launched investigations to fully clarify the incident.

Police Notification:

Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Saranda Police Station referred materials for evaluation, since on 26.07.2025, in the neighborhood no. 1, Saranda, in the apartment where he was staying during the holidays, was found without signs of life by family members, citizen OJ, 20 years old, resident in Macedonia. From the preliminary examination, no signs of violence were found, it is suspected that the 20-year-old died of natural causes.
