The State Technical and Industrial Inspectorate found violations in the "Gazpower AL" company where there was a gas leak at noon on October 26.

The event caused panic among the residents of Porto Romano, while the public report shows that the supply tank of the company "Gazpower AL" did not have a series of technical-legal documents issued by the approved bodies.

After the field inspection, it turns out that the tank did not have a certificate of conformity, which is issued by an approved body. Likewise, the certificate of approval for the vehicles that transport some dangerous goods, which is issued by an approved body (ADR), was also missing.

The inspectorate also found the lack of a certificate for the transport of dangerous goods, which is issued by the Directorate of Road Transport, the policy for the compulsory insurance of motor vehicle owners for liability to third parties and the certificate of calibration of the amount of LPG tanks .

After the inspection, the subject "Gaspower AL" was given the task of taking measures for the immediate emptying of the LPG tank, for cleaning the territory, monitoring the LPG tank as well as the environment for the district.

The LPG tank which had a leak, has been ordered not to be used without being equipped with all the legal technical documentation.
