Former Albanian negotiator for the maritime border with Greece, Artur Meçollari says that our country does not seem to have a project or agenda for this issue. According to him, Greece does not recognize the international courts for resolving agreements related to maritime issues.

"If we do not have a project and an agenda, someone else will dictate it. From the way it was articulated by Dendias it seemed that he had come because there is a rush to the matter. This is because Greece has a more urgent issue than Albania, the one with Turkey.
There is a background where issues are accepted. The moment Tsipras came to power, 4 days ago the government submitted a document to the Hamburg and Hague tribunals.
Greece does not recognize international courts for resolving agreements. "If he was going to Turkey by sea, he would have to abrogate all the documents he sent," Meçollari told RTV Ora.
