The merciless beating and killing in December 2018 of Endri Alibej, known as "Tarzani", his uncle Arben Dylgjeri and their Turkish friend, Erdal Duranay, finally broke the Çopja-Alibej friendship and their cooperation in cocaine trafficking.

They were killed by two different automatic weapons, from which 24 cartridges were fired.

That very evening of the triple murder in Bradashesh, the Çopja brothers and their father had passed away.

But despite this pain, they did not give up the plan to kill Endri Alibej, hitting the latter on the day their father passed away.

The two brothers Hajdar and Franci Çopja activated the group of hired killers led by Talo Çela, a group in which Dashnor Dumani, the brother of the associate of justice, Nuredin Dumani, was a member.

At the time of the triple murder, Erjon Alibej alias Agim Shurbi was in Peq as he was distributing turkeys to some friends of his family. But he was informed by his wife about the serious crime, and he headed towards Bradashes.

The event was quite serious due to 3 victims. While the Alibej family had no doubts about the Çopja brothers, since Franc Çopja was also at the funeral of his friend, Endrit Alibej.

Erjon Alibej's first suspicions fell on a single person named John Rusta. The latter is the first cousin of Suel Çela in Elbasan and was wounded in 2018 by Erjon Alibej, shooting him 3 times with a gun, where one of the bullets pierced the skin of his stomach.

Journalist Elton Qyno previously reported that for this event, Erjon Alibej alias Agim Shurbi, was charged with "Threat with a weapon" and "Unauthorized possession of weapons" and in December 2020 he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 2 years imprisonment.

The Prosecution of Elbasan, during the reading of the claim, demanded a 5-year prison sentence for Erion Alibej alias Agim Shurbi, taking into account the shortened trial. While the court initially imposed a sentence of 3 years of imprisonment and considering the shortened trial, this sentence was finally reduced to 2 years of imprisonment.

According to the investigation file, the incident happened in 2018 in Elbasan, where Alibej shot 3 times with a pistol in the direction of John Rusta. Rusta was slightly wounded with two bullets in the buttocks and one that touched the skin of the abdomen.

Meanwhile, the cause of this gun collision was that John Rusta overtook Erjon Alibejn with an "Audi" car, and the latter fired a gun at him in the middle of the road from his car.

After this event, Alibej left, but then he was arrested by the police, initially being locked up under the security measure of "prison arrest" and then the Durrës Court of Appeal changed this measure to "house arrest", a measure in which he was until the time when RENEA went and arrested him at the apartment for the murder of Emiljano Ramazan and Regis Runaj.

But the shooting and wounding of John Rusta in 2018 by Erjon Alibej raised strong suspicions among Alibej and his men that the gun attack in the Bradashes massacre could have been carried out by John Rusta and his cousin, Suel Çela.

This is after Erjon had hit John with a gun a few months ago, and cousins ​​Rusta-Çela had hit for revenge. Even more so since the real killers of this event, Franci and Hajdar Çopja and Mikael Kamami, told Erjon Alibej that Suel Çela had done the triple massacre.

Erjon Alibej took the same line of suspicion when he went to the Çapjave group in Elbasan, who, according to him, told him that:

"... Suel Çela killed you, no one else did this tragedy except them, because there is no reason why...".

Based on these suspicions, Erjon Alibej starts looking for Suel Çela to ask the latter to account for what had happened and why he had hit his men.

"During this time, I communicated with Suel, through the encrypted phone that one of his men brings me. Suel's words were these:

"...I have no grudge against you. Be strong and be patient because everything will come out. I don't know how long it might take, but everything has to come out. I'm trying to find out too. You support me, you have me in your arms. Just be patient, it's not me, it's not Johnny, it's not anyone in this chatter we're talking about from my side. If you come up with a word, just a word that proves it is Johnny, I will bring him with my hands, near you and slaughter him. It's clear that if Johnny comes out, Johnny can't make a move without me...".

According to Erjon Alibej, these were Sueli's words. He returned it by saying the words:

"…who else could it be…?" I tell him.

"... But why, he said, do you doubt me again...? - he told me."

I said: "...But who else could it be...?".

He told me: "...I don't know, he said, but be patient, I will come out..."- and I gave the phone to the guy who came to me and I told him that I don't want to talk to him anymore.

For a long period of time, I have been personally interested, with my social connections but also with Endrit's society, as well as my family members, to find information about the people who assassinated Endrit and my family members.

There was a time when it was rumored that the Çopja brothers, Hajdar Çopja, Franc Çopja, committed the assassination.

During this time I went to Holland and met Suel Çela, I don't remember the period exactly. A friend of Endrit's helped me for this meeting. In the Netherlands I stayed in Rotterdam, while Sueli was in Den Haag (The Hague).

I meet Suel Çela on his back in The Hague. We sat down at the table, he started to discuss and he tells me that Franc Copja and Talon, Kelin, have done it, that's what he mentioned to me.

Before the event, I had never heard Talo Çela in my life. All of Elbasan knew Talon what he was, but we had never heard of him.

"...Yes, the reason why they did it to me..." - I told him. Sueli told me that there is talk of 50 kilos that have been lost in England and that you have taken 50 kilos of drugs.

In the ongoing conversation, I was looking at him, we were chatting, we were discussing, I said: "...I know that the whole of Albania is talking about you...".

I took the trouble to come because I want to see you in the eyes, even if my life ends here, at least die once and for all, don't die little by little.

It started at that moment, his eyes filled with tears, he grabbed my neck and said: "..I have you as Marion. There's no need for me to get to this point, especially with Endrit..., Endrit hasn't done anything to me. Regarding John... You shot John, as did Endrit. It's not right that I shoot Endrit from Johnny, because you hurt Johnny. It doesn't work..Johnny, if Johnny managed to get over what happened to Endrit, he would never do it without my support. Johnny can't find a gun, let alone carnage. It was a massacre, not murder. If you get Johnny, one fact, you know that I'm behind and I'm going to smash Johnny's head into the pan...".

These were his words, Erjon Alibej told SPAK.

He continued by saying: "...I stayed there for a long time and then I left. He sent me back to where this guy took me. He said to me in support, you are by my side, I am trying, I am trying and I am trying with my soul to give you real things, just not just words, but if I say that you have it from them, there is no one else that made this part. I stared a bit there as I said and got up and left.

I explained all this to make it clear to you that Talo Çela, Altin Ndoci, Mikael Qosja, financed by the brothers Franc and Hajdar Çopja, are behind Endrit's assassination".
