Ilir Meta is accused of receiving 300,000 euros to decorate the former head of the Islamic Community of Macedonia, Sulejman Rexhepi.

The serious incriminating statement is made in the book of recollections of Rexhepi himself, which says that the mediator or role of the realtor was the well-known journalist Fahri Balliu.

He details the details of how they were offered to him and how the decoration installments should be paid to Fahri Balliu.

"If you want to, Ilir Meta will come to Skopje and in the eyes of the shkijes he will hand over the presidential decoration. The price for the purchase of the decoration was already set, at 300 thousand euros, and the spectacular ceremony that would be prepared in this case would cost at least 120 thousand euros!"

In the book, he also shows how Fari Balliu wanted to avoid Ilir Meta from direct contact.

"Fahri Balliu pulled me into an angle and told me not to stay and not meet Illyrian Meta, because he is very suspicious. Then ask, what does the quran relate to Sulejman Rexhepi? When did these two friends? He is under the American snail as the most corrupt man in the country, so everything I need from him must go through Ferdinand and me," Balliu told me.

In the book there is also another evidence that both an Albanian diplomat and another journalist who follows religious activities sold a decoration by former US President Donald Trump, and this to fix the "image".

It is worth noting that after the publication in the media of passages from his book, Sulejman Rexhepi reacted by dismissing these confessions, and saying that they are defamations of the newspaper that he published.

I have never made such a perdinous accusation against President Ilir Meta, on the contrary I stand by all the public assessments I have made about him, as a statesman who solely intended his political engagement to protect the national interest and the Albanian cause.

I reject with contempt the tawdry slander of the "Renaissance" media and ask them to urgently delete the malicious articles, otherwise I am obliged to follow the harshest legal path towards them.

President Ilir Meta is a statesman, patriot and unyidful defender of the national interest, friend of mine and of my family and who has never, under any circumstance and at any moment, related to the political accusations fabricated against him by misusing my name.
