One of the perpetrators of violence against a police officer in Kukës is

One of the perpetrators of violence against a police officer in Kukës has been identified and declared wanted.

The city police say they have received the police officer's testimony, and it is initially suspected that he may have been attacked by several people because he had stopped one of them the day before while on duty as a traffic officer.

Police announcement:

At around 5:00 PM, Inspector QD, a Traffic Police employee at the Kukës DVP, announced that on the road to the village of Pobreg, he had a physical conflict with several people due to his duty.

The Police Officer is currently filing a report with the Judicial Police Officer of the Prosecution Office.

From the first actions, one of the people the police officer had argued with on duty the day before was identified.

The officers of the Judicial Police of the Prosecution Office, together with the investigative group, are working to identify other persons, clarify and fully legally document the event.

Meanwhile, Police services are conducting checks to capture the person identified by the Police.
