Judge Erjon Bani, who upheld the prison sentence for Erion Veliaj, is today reviewing Ajola Xoxa's appeal regarding the seizure of her cell phone during searches in early December last year.

The hearing is scheduled to take place at 1:30 PM behind closed doors. For the wife of the mayor of Tirana, the District Court of Appeals reduced the measure from house arrest to mandatory appearance.

It is not known whether Xoxa will appear in person or be represented by her lawyer.
