Three years after the gun attack on Ines Hajrulla and his two friends in Vlora, the court of this city has ended the judicial examination of the 5 defendants, moving to the final conclusions of the prosecution.

The representative of the prosecution, Elona Alvora, a few days ago read the claim for the 5 defendants, asking the court to plead guilty and sentence Daut Elmaz to life imprisonment.

The latter is accused by the Vlora prosecutor's office of "Murder in qualifying circumstances" to the detriment of Ines Hajrulla, Ervis Matodashaj and Arbër Shollaj. Daut Elmazi is the grandson of Armando Sulejmani or "Chipuri" of Vlora, this person has a criminal record and is part of a criminal faction that is considered by the city police as the group of "Chamas".

As for the other defendant, Gentjan Dautaj alis (Zoto), the prosecution demanded his sentence of 35 years in prison, for the same charge as Daut Elmazi. 33 years of imprisonment, the prosecution asked for the other defendant, Igli Memaj alias (Suloti).

While with 30 years of imprisonment, the prosecution representative asked for the other two defendants, Serxhio Ademi alias (Cima) and Albano Goxhaj. It is expected that in the following days the court of Vlora will pronounce on the punishment or not of the 5 defendants.

According to the claim of the prosecution of Vlora, these 5 people together with Fatmir Hysenin or (Doqja), on May 10, 2019 wanted to kill Ines Hajrulla, Ervis Matodashaj and Arbër Shollaj.

These people and a group of other boys were staying in the premises of a bar on the "Lungomare" promenade, when they were suddenly attacked with weapons. As a result of the shooting, an employee of the Vlora Municipality, Dajko Canodemaj, was slightly wounded in the leg.

The investigation carried out by the prosecutor Alfred Sali found that the perpetrator of the attack had his automatic weapon blocked, not having the opportunity to shoot, but returned to the "Land Rover" type car that the group had stolen in Vlora to then use in this criminal event.
