Journalist Artan Hoxha says that Mikael Kamani alias Mikael Qosja alias Mikael Stefo, who is also known as 'Keli i Kombinati', 'Kel Kamani' or 'Keli i Kiçi' is the person who has been arrested in Dubai for the murder of Ardi Spahija, otherwise known as "Arjani Vogël", news reported only the night before by the Belgian media.
Hoxha said during a TV interview that the Belgian authorities were late to learn of this news, as Kamani enjoys freedom in Dubai today. He says that when he was in Dubai, a week ago, Kamani had been released for about 48 hours. This is because the extradition requested by Belgium has not been possible, despite the fact that there is a signed agreement between Belgium and the United Emirates.
"Mikael Kamani, Keli i Kombinat, I know that this citizen was arrested once at the request of Interpol and was released because he was never arrested in Albania. He was detained again and this time for the murder of Ardi Spahiu. The news was delayed in Belgium, but they don't know that this person is free. When I was in Dubai I saw him, he had only been released for 48 hours. The United Emirates today is a haven for all the traffickers of the whole world. They are allowed to invest , of course applying the country's rules there," said Hoxha.
The Belgian media reported the night before that the murder of Ardi Spahi, the event that took place in Molenbeek in 2020, already had a perpetrator. According to them, it was about a member of a rival criminal group, who had been arrested in Dubai. The Belgian media wrote that Belgium has requested his extradition from Dubai, wanting to make the first criminal to "seal" an extradition agreement between these two countries.
