SPAK submits new evidence in the process against Redjan Rraja, who is suspected of having the role of executioner in the assassination attempt on the vehicle of the former prosecutor of Durres, where Arjan Ndoj himself was injured, his friend Aleksandër Laho known as Rrumi, while the victim the driver Andi Maloku.

The special prosecutors in a session with closed doors submitted the communications that the members of the criminal group had on the Sky application, where they communicate about the plan to assassinate Ndoji and Rrumi, communications secured by the French authorities.

The file coming from France sheds light on the meetings that the suspects Julian Meçaj, Amar Shkëmbi and Endrit Sinani, known by the nickname "Diqo", had with Redjan Rraja, who had undertaken to carry out the execution. From the communications on Sky, it appears that the meetings between the suspect Amar Shkëmbi and Rraja, who was known by the nickname "Doku", took place in Nikël in Fushë Krujës.

Redjan Rraja, the grandson of the socialist deputy Rrahman Rraja, was arrested immediately after the assassination, as his traces were found in the car of the crime, which the perpetrators could not burn, but abandoned near the Shkafana cemetery, in Durrës.

In the place where the vehicle was abandoned, a pair of glasses were also found, which bore exactly the traces of Rraja's DNA, but also the masks and the weapons used in the crime.

Of interest to the prosecutors were also the conversations between the members of the group after Rraja's arrest, when they talk about destroying DNA's evidence and releasing him from prison.

This new evidence was disputed by the lawyers, who claim that it is communications between unidentified persons.

Three months ago SPAK organized the Conspiracy action, where they arrested some of the suspects as members of the criminal group that carried out the assassination with 1 killed and 2 injured, while they declared several others wanted, including Plarnet Dervishajn, whom he considered as the head of the group.

Recently, Ramazan Rraja, the other nephew of MP Rrahman Rraja, was arrested, after he was wanted for the same incident./News24
