Athens was rocked by a mafia attack on Sunday, leaving one Albanian dead and another injured.

Edi Lulo , whose real identity turns out to be Etmond Hysa. The 46-year-old is currently in the Athens Kat Hospital, in serious condition. It is learned that Hysa has received two wounds, one to the head and one to the leg.

It turns out that he has been convicted in Greece and even served time in prison for the 2011 incident, where, together with two other Albanians, they robbed the Athens Bar Association and, at gunpoint, took 404,493 euros.

Along with this incident, he was also accused of robbing a medical clinic in Pagrati, Athens, where equipment worth 110,000 euros was taken.

After serving his sentence, he was reportedly repatriated to Albania. He had recently been living in Dubai and on December 9th arrived in Greece under the identity of Edi Lulo.

With this identity, he is also registered in Albania, where he is also the owner of a business in Durrës.

Lulo entered Greece from Germany, not Dubai, the day before the attack. Hysa is suspected of being a hired killer and was the target of the attack.

So far, Greek authorities have not filed charges.

He will likely only be charged with using the identity card that was found on his body and which was forged according to the police.

The victim of the assassination was citizen Irakli Davella.
