Cyberattack on Parliament, Rama: We are attacked by Iran every day, not once
Edi Rama

During the press conference regarding Iran's cyberattack on the Parliament, Rama said that the country's defense capacity is among the best in Europe.

However, the problem is that the system is not yet fully involved in cyber defense, which is where he singled out the Assembly.

The Prime Minister said that attacks from Iran are daily and unsuccessful against "spectacular" cyber defense.

"We have a cyber defense capacity that is among the best in Europe and I am not saying this, but for this we are invited and respected in European and NATO environments that deal with this part. Our problem is that we have not yet included the entire system within the defense network. The Parliament has not included its part in our cyber defense system. Don't ask me about the reasons, they are both banal and unnecessary. There are no problems with critical areas where they can attack. We are attacked by Iran, every day, not once. The attacks have never stopped. This is sensitive data, but if you see that in the cyber defense systems there is a reading and trace of every attack, but they have not been successful in the critical infrastructure part. Our cyber defense is spectacular", said Rama.
