Pjerin Xhuvan's daughter has requested through her lawyer, Recarta Tahiraj, an investigation into the publication of videos of her father's murder.

In a press release, lawyer Tahiri says that the victim's daughter, Evangjeli Xhuvani, has "asked the Prosecutor's Office at the Elbasan Judicial District Court to investigate to verify who violated the obligation of secrecy by making public the distribution of the footage while should have been used only in the judicial field."

Also, her report aims to prevent the further distribution of these videos, as this situation "has added stress and pain to the finding that her father was killed despite the presence of many policemen."

A judicial investigation to be started urgently has been requested by Attorney Rezarta Tahiraj at the Elbasan Prosecutor's Office for the publication of several videos of the murder of Pjerin Xhuvani. Lawyer Rezarta Tahiraj, who in the preliminary hearing related to this murder is the Civil Party representing the rights of the victim's daughter, Evangjeli Xhuvani, with the report for criminal prosecution, has asked the Prosecutor's Office at the Elbasan Judicial District Court to investigate to verify that who violated the obligation of secrecy by making public the distribution of footage while it should have been used only in the judicial field.

Lawyer Rezarta Tahiraj, evidences that her report is not only intended to identify the perpetrators of this criminal offense but also to prevent the further distribution of these videos. "Those images of the murder that were distributed illegally were also seen involuntarily by my assistant - informs Attorney Rezarta Tahiraj, referring to the victim's daughter - and this situation has added stress and pain to the finding that the father of her was killed despite the presence of many policemen". In her report, lawyer Tahiraj has asked the Prosecutor's Office to verify whether, in addition to the videos, other documents of the court file used in the preliminary hearing have been violated by the distribution.
