A 38-year-old man was arrested in Lezhë, after being declared internationally wanted as a member of a criminal organization in the field of narcotics.

ED will be extradited to Italy, where the Court of Turin, Italy, has assigned to him the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Trafficking in narcotics", in the form of collaboration with a criminal organization.

The police operation coded "Torino" is finalized by the Police of Lezha and Interpol Tirana

The 38-year-old international wanted man, member of a criminal organization in the field of narcotics, was captured and arrested, with the aim of extradition to Italy.

The Police of Lezha and Interpol Tirana, after receiving information about the location of a citizen declared an international wanted, finalized the police operation coded "Torino" as a result of which the citizen was caught in Lezha and put in handcuffs, with the aim of extradition :

- ED, 38 years old, resident in Lezhë, after the Court of Turin, Italy, has imposed on him the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Trafficking in narcotic substances", in the form of collaboration with a criminal organization, provided by the Code Italian penalty.

Interpol Tirana, in cooperation with Interpol Rome and law enforcement agencies, is following the procedures for the extradition of the 38-year-old to Italy.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Lezhë Judicial District Court, for further actions.
